under Where Are You Stuck

A full calendar is not the same as a growing practice.

You are busy. You are good at your work. And you are earning roughly what you earned three years ago.

The fee problem is almost never what it appears to be.

We had a therapist based in Singapore who had been fully booked for three years. Same fees since 2021. A sliding scale she had created out of guilt and was now enforcing inconsistently.

When we asked her why she had not raised her fees, she said she did not want to lose the clients she had built relationships with.

That was not the real reason.

The real reason was that she had no structure to support a fee increase. No intake language that established value before a fee was ever mentioned. No clear framework for transitioning long term clients. No evidence from her own practice that the increase would hold.

We built the architecture first. The language. The framing. The sequencing.

The fee increase came after. She raised her fees by 35 percent over eight weeks. She lost two clients. She replaced them within six weeks with clients whose first question was never about the fee.

WHAT WE LOOK AT

The problem is almost never what it looks like on the surface.

We had a therapist come to us with low conversion on enquiry calls. She assumed the problem was her call script. She was spending forty five minutes per call justifying her fee and explaining her approach.
We did not change her script.
We changed what people encountered before they ever booked. A specific client profile on her website. A clearly framed process with transparent expectations. Content that spoke to one person's specific situation rather than everyone's general one.
The calls became shorter. Conversion improved. The clients who arrived were already aligned. She did not become more persuasive. She became more precise.

WHAT WE BUILD

A system that attracts clients who value what you offer.

#01

Positioning and messaging.

How you describe your work, your specialisation, and the outcomes you produce. When this is right, the clients who arrive are pre qualified. They are not asking whether you are worth it. They already believe you are.

#02

Content that establishes authority.

Consistent, considered content that demonstrates the depth of your expertise over time. This is how you stop competing on availability and start being chosen for what you specifically offer.

#03

Website that reflects your actual level.

If your website looks like a starter practice, clients will treat you like one. We build websites that reflect where you actually are.

#04

Paid advertising to the right audience.

Targeted campaigns that reach people looking for exactly your level of expertise. Not everyone. The right ones.

ALSO RELEVANT IF THIS IS YOUR PROBLEM
  • Branding and visual identity that matches the quality of your practice
  • Email and enquiry systems that follow up without feeling automated
  • Content that answers the questions your clients are too afraid to ask out loud

If your calendar is full and your income has not moved, something structural needs to change.

Book a call. We will tell you what that is.
